At IDC we can offer week long work placements.  This is a great opportunity to experience part of the industry.  Previous work placement students have:

- Helped organise national and local fashion shows at the NEC Birmingham and the Artrix Bromsgrove

- Dressed backstage on the Designer Catwalk at the Clothes Show Live

- Learnt how to draft patterns and make toiles

- Been given an insight into how a textiles college runs
